We are extremely excited in the EYOE office this morning after hearing the news that The Beach Boys are set to release a vinyl single to help victims of the Japan earthquake and tsunami.
Founding member Al Jardine has teamed up with Brian Wilson, Mike Love and Bruce Johnston for the track ‘Don’t Fight The Sea’, a song originally from Jardine’s album ‘A Postcard From California’.
The B side is an acapella version from the 1968 Beach Boys song ‘Friends’.
We are massive fans of the wonderful Erland and The Carnival. The new album has been on non-stop rotation lately – how good is the cover by the way – and we are excited to see the brand new video for Springtime.
