Here’s a band we’re really excited about for the coming year. Charlie Boyer and The Voyeurs play Field Day for us later in the year and we’ve just confirmed them for Hoxton Bar and Kitchen on the 4th of March too. Take a listen to them above…



Esben and the Witch – Deathwaltz

Now we’re into January we’re starting to get excited about what records 2013 holds in store. A few very exciting ones have been announced already or nearly out (Kurt Vile, Everything Everything, Daft Punk?) and one that we’re anticipating heavily is Esben and the Witch’s second effort. Take a watch/listen to Deathwaltz above and don’t forget the band play for us on 26th of February.



Free xx EP ‘xxmas’

The xx are keeping themselves busy in the new year, dropping a free EP yesterday and taking over Huw Stephen’s morning Radio 1 slot this morning. You can listen back to that on the Radio 1 website shortly and for now grab their free EP ‘xxmas’ featuring a great remix of Sunset by the band’s very own Jamie xx.

CHVRCHES at #5 in BBC Sound of 2013

Congrats to CHVRCHES who hit the dizzy heights of 5 in BBC’s Sound of 2013 Shortlist today. We had the band on at Electrowerkz at the tail end of last year and welcome them back at this year’s Field Day! Take a listen to their hit The Mother We Share below.
